Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at paulshopistore@gmail.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior request and confirmation from us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at paulshopistore@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it smoothly.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after the 30-day period

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to contact us, and once the request is approved, we will help you manage the exchange or refund as appropriate.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional days for your bank or financial institution to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at paulshopistore@gmail.com.
